Lady Gaga Fashion Flubs, Imaginatively Interpreted by Me - Also the #FridayFrivolity LINK-UP Blog Party!

Hello Friday, and hello friend!!  So happy to have you joining us for this week's Friday Frivolity - your chance to start off the weekend right with a smile or a laugh, and maybe both!

My fellow hosts and I are hoping to generate some laughs this week with our topic of.... suspenseful pause.... Fashion Flubs!

Of course, given that the title is right there staring you in the face, I guess there wasn't ever really any suspense... *sigh* Oh dashed hopes!

This is the picture of that time Lady Gaga ate a penguin, but thought nobody would notice...

And then there was the time when Lady Gaga woke up believing she was a flower, and her stylist was afraid to tell her the truth, so... this happened...

And then of course, this is that picture from the alternate universe where Lady Gaga is half-sheep, half-woman (kind of like a land-mermaid), and tried to become a knight but couldn't run fast enough (because, duh, she was half sheep...) and so they wouldn't let her... and she cried many tears.

(before anyone says something, I know that Lady Gaga is TRYING to look insanely bizarre, and thus isn't technically a "fashion flub..." but they're awfully fun just the same!)

Featured Post from Last Week:
In a fun twist, since we now have four hosts we will also have FOUR FEATURES.... but you will have to go check out the other blogs to see if you were featured there!  ;)

Leanne from Cresting the Hill shared this funny and insightful post declaring that it is time to give up  following the meaningless "rules" that other people have imposed on us throughout our lives... you don't have to eat the crusts... OR explain your decisions to others!  I was seriously inspired by this one, since I have to work hard not to do or say what I think is expected, rather than what is right / important / valuable / uniquely me.  Going to try to take a page from Leanne's book on this one!  ;)

Now time for the new stuff!

This a link-up for all things funny, fun, encouraging, hopeful, and happy.  That includes free printables, giveaways, and other fun stuff to make us SMILE and start the weekend off on the right foot.

Bloggy buddies, thanks for coming to par-tay! You are welcome to link up to three posts, and old posts are always welcome!  There are three rules only:

    1. Ahahaha it actually gets worse, one time she wore a dress made out of RAW MEAT... but that one just seemed too easy to make fun of, so I went with these "harder" ones... ;P

  2. I almost went with Lady Gaga too, there is so much material. But, what she lacks in fashion sense she more than makes up for with that voice!

    1. So much material! And it's all fair game because she TRIED to make it weird! But I agree, her voice is amazing. ;)

  5. How funny! I have always liked Lady Gaga. I think she is actually trying to redo her image now so people take her more seriously. I think she is very pretty when she doesn't try to look like such a weirdo, lol.

  7. Maybe she didn't feel the love when she was growing up. I think she leaves a lot of us feeling creeped out.

And I aspire to be like her.... only in weird fashion choices, not her life.

    1. Never! And I never have a clear idea in my head what she looks like either, because the hair / makeup / clothes obscures it so much... she's probably the easiest celebrity to go anonymous in public because of it!

  13. I'm not a Gaga fan - not her music and not her fashion. But when she gets all dolled up now in couture gowns and people call her a style icon, I often flashback to some of the crazy costumes - like the meat outfit - and think of the irony.
